Any microbial products harmful to human body, animals and plants, and bacterial carrier media shall not be transported without the special approval of the General Administration of Civil Aviation. Biological products such as vaccines, vaccines, antibiotics and serum, which are manufactured, refined and aseptically treated, such as the shipper's certificate of asepticity and non-toxicity, can be shipped in accordance with the general cargo.
